Our lenses are in Foil sealed packs. 2 pieces of lenses are in 1 box. 

Information such as Lot Number, EXP date is on the blister pack.

  • What are Wink New york lenses made of?

We use Polymacon with Silicone Hydrogel.

  • How long do lenses last?

Our lenses are Trimonthly lenses, so you can wear them for up to 3 Months . Lenses should be stored and cleaned properly. Before opening, it is ok for 2 years.

  • Where are lenses made?

South Korea

  • What if I need different colors or different powers for each eye?

Then you will order 2 boxes for each eye. Wink New York lens comes in 2 pieces in 1 box, so we cannot open the original package and mix color or power.

SHIPPING

  • How long does my order take to be dispatched?

Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days after your payment. Shipping is made from Monday through Friday, excluding Korean public holidays.

  • How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days by Express, and 10-15 business days by Standard. However, estimated delivery time can differ from real delivery time depending on the country and transportation process. It can be longer depending on the status of international logistics.

For Egypt you can use the WhatsApp number, and you can use Instapay and upload the screenshot by email or by WhatsApp.

For Lebanon you can use the WhatsApp number, and you can use Wish payment to the number and send a screenshot.

  • How can I track my order?

  • Do I have responsibility for Customs & Duties?   

We send your order from South Korea, or from our other sales points in Africa and Asia, or directly from the USA. This depends on what is available, cheaper, and closer. So if you are an international customer, you are responsible for the customs and duties of your country. We would advise that you contact your country’s customs office for further information about customs.
